Oxford International has over 33 years’ experience producing academic content for our language schools, international colleges, and online courses. As an academic English test, all content is developed by Oxford International’s extensive network of experienced academics across the UK and North America and externally moderated. The test is designed to reflect university themes and prepares candidates for their journey into Higher Education. All content is pre-tested using Oxford International’s global student network and is refreshed every 6 weeks.

Candidates receive an overall English level along with a breakdown of the 4 individual component levels. Oxford ELLT is marked on a 12-point scale that is mapped to IELTS and CEFR levels.

Examiners

All Oxford ELLT examiners are carefully vetted and selected through a rigorous interview process. They must have two years examining experience, five years ELT experience, and hold a certified TEFL qualification. Oxford ELLT Examiners go through standardisation twice a year as well as complete on-going moderation.

Oxford ELLT Partner Portal

The Oxford ELLT Partner Portal provides access to manage candidates, download certificates, and verify results. Using online tools and a bespoke registration link partners can improve efficiency and increase the speed at which they process candidates. With online training and account management Oxford ELLT is able to provide partner specific support.
